Kinly offers two simple resets: a weekly Home Reset (2 hours) or a bi-weekly Fresh Start Reset (4 hours). You can also add extras like laundry loads, errands, or organizing projects. We’ll match you with a vetted local Tender, and once she learns your flow, each visit feels seamless.

What’s included in a reset?

Home Reset ($95/visit, 2 hours weekly): Laundry (1 load), living spaces tidied, dishes handled, counters cleared, kitchen + entryway refreshed.

Fresh Start Reset ($159/visit, 4 hours bi-weekly): 2 loads of laundry, living areas + bedrooms reset, fresh beds, plus one bonus zone (like a pantry shelf or toy rotation).

Both are designed to cover the daily load, not deep cleaning.

What’s not included in the resets?

Resets are not deep cleaning (scrubbing bathrooms, mopping floors, heavy-duty kitchen cleaning), yard work, or childcare. They’re designed for the everyday household load that piles up in between.

How is Kinly different from a cleaning service, house manager, or personal assistant?

Kinly takes care of the in-between tasks those services don’t cover. How do payments work?

You’ll only be billed per visit, after service is complete. No subscriptions, no prepayments — just simple, predictable pricing.

Will I have the same Tender every time?

We do our best to match you with the same Tender for consistency, so she can learn your flow and make visits feel seamless. Occasionally, due to scheduling or availability, a different vetted Tender may step in — but you’ll always receive trusted, consistent Kinly care.

What if I’m not happy with a visit?

If you’re not satisfied, your next reset is on us. That’s our guarantee.

How does Kinly make sure Tenders are safe and trustworthy?

Every Tender goes through identity verification, a criminal background check, and a live interview with a Kinly team member before joining Kinly. Onboarding also includes safety training and in-home professionalism standards.

What if I only need help once in a while?

One-off visits are available, but the real benefit of Kinly is in ongoing resets. Consistency keeps the daily load from piling up, which means more relief for you over time.

Can I add extras to my reset?
