How does Kinly work?

Tell us what’s piling up at home, choose a weekly time, and we’ll pair you with a trusted Home Specialist who gets to know your home and your routine. Each week, they’ll spend 3 hours resetting the things that help your household run a little smoother—from laundry and dishes to toys, clutter and everyday household to-dos.

What can my Home Specialist help with?

Think of Kinly as an extra set of hands for the everyday household load. Laundry, dishes, changing sheets, clearing counters and floors, tidying and resetting spaces like a living room and micro-spaces like a junk drawer, light organizing, returns, drop-offs, errands, and the random things that keep sitting on your list. Your reset can flex based on what your home needs that week.

Can Kinly do my laundry?

Yes. Laundry is one of the most common things families ask us to take off their plate. Your Home Specialist can wash, dry, fold and put laundry away as part of your Home Reset. Because Kinly works inside your home, the job does not have to end with clean clothes in a bag or basket—clothes can make it back into the drawers and closets where they belong.

Can Kinly help if I already have a house cleaner?

Absolutely. Many Kinly families already have cleaners. A cleaner focuses on cleaning; Kinly handles the everyday household work that builds back up between visits—laundry, dishes, changing sheets, tidying living spaces, clearing counters and the odds and ends that keep landing on your list. The two services work really well together.

Is Kinly a cleaning service?

No. A cleaner focuses on cleaning your home—think dust and scrubbing. Kinly focuses on helping your home function.

We handle the things that pile up between cleaning visits—all those little unfinished tasks taking up space in your brain.

What’s the difference between Kinly and other laundry services?

A typical laundry service typically takes clothes away and returns them washed and folded. Kinly’s Home Specialists work inside your home, so laundry can be washed, dried, folded and put away. Your Reset can also include dishes, bedding, tidying and other everyday household tasks, all handled by a consistent person who gets to know how your home works.

Who is Kinly best for?

Kinly is designed for busy households that need a little more help keeping up. That includes working parents, families with young children, busy professionals, and anyone whose laundry, dishes, and everyday household tasks keep spilling into nights and weekends. You don’t need a full-time house manager or another cleaning service. Sometimes a few consistent hours of trusted household help each week can make the biggest difference.

What isn’t included?

Kinly isn’t a deep-cleaning or childcare service. We don’t scrub bathrooms, deep clean kitchens, mop the entire home, do yard work or provider supervision for children. We’re here to handle the everyday household tasks in between.

Will I have the same Home Specialist each week?

That’s the goal. Consistency and reliability are big parts of what make Kinly work. Your Home Specialist learns your home, your preferences and what makes the biggest difference each week. If your regular Home Specialist is unavailable, we’ll work with you on another option, but you’ll always receive trusted Kinly care.

How are Home Specialists vetted?

Every Home Specialist completes identity verification, a criminal background check, and a live interview with Kinly. They’re also onboarded on safety, professionalism and the Kinly approach to working inside someone’s home.

Can I have more than one reset per week?

Absolutely. Some households want more support than others. If one weekly reset isn’t enough, we can build a schedule with additional visits based on your needs and Home Specialist availability.

Can I book occasional/one-time help?

Kinly is designed around a weekly rhythm because the biggest relief comes from keeping things from piling up. If you need occasional or one-time help, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s available.

How do payments work?

You’re billed per visit after your reset is complete. No subscriptions, no prepayments — just simple, predictable pricing.

What if I’m not happy with my reset?

Tell us. We want Kinly to genuinely make your life lighter. If something missed the mark, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Where is Kinly available?

We’re currently growing across Orange County and select communities in Los Angeles County. If we’re not in your neighborhood yet, join our interest list and we’ll let you know when we expand.
