Welcome to Kinly. By accessing or using our website, services, or waitlist, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Services
   Kinly connects households with vetted Home Specialists who provide household resets and related support services. Kinly does not provide childcare, medical, or professional cleaning services.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to be a Home Specialist or use Kinly services.

3. Book a Reset

   Submitting a booking form does not guarantee service. Availability is limited by location and Home Specialist availability. We’ll notify you when services launch in your area.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
   We aim to keep things fair. If you’re unsatisfied with your reset, our guarantee is that it’s on us. For ongoing subscriptions, cancellation terms will be provided at the time of signup.

5. Your Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a booking form and to treat Home Specialists with respect and fairness.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Kinly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided “as-is.”

7. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
