Welcome to Kinly. By accessing or using our website, services, or waitlist, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Services
   Kinly connects households with vetted local women (“Tenders”) who provide household resets and related support services. Kinly does not provide childcare, medical, or professional cleaning services.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use Kinly services.

3. Waitlist and Availability
   Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service. Availability is limited by location and Tender capacity. We’ll notify you when services launch in your area.

4. Payments (Future Services)
   When services become available, subscription pricing will be clearly listed. Payments are billed monthly. There are no hidden fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
   We aim to keep things fair. If you’re unsatisfied with your first reset, our guarantee is that it’s on us. For ongoing subscriptions, cancellation terms will be provided at the time of signup.

6. Your Responsibilities
   You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or booking services, and to treat Tenders with respect and fairness.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Kinly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided “as-is.”

8. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
