How it works

  • Apply & Verifiy

    You fill out a quick application with your availability, the types of tasks you enjoy, and the neighborhoods or cities you’re open to working in. As part of this step, you also complete a secure digital ID check.

  • Meet with Kinly

    You meet with our team for a quick live interview. We get to know your strengths, your schedule, and your style so we can make thoughtful matches — and ensure you’re a reliable, trusted fit for the Kinly community.

  • Get Matched with Families

    Once approved, you’re added to our local waitlist. As Kinly launches community by community, we match you with nearby households based on your location preferences. Payments go directly to you, and you can work as much or as little as you’d like — giving you the flexibility to earn extra income on your terms.

Have a couple of free hours before school pick-up? Fold some laundry for a family down the street. Already heading to the market? Grab a few extra groceries for someone else and get paid for it. With Kinly, you weave in meaningful work without overhauling your schedule.

Kinly’s Core Tasks Include:

  • Laundry (wash, fold, put away)

  • Tidying up shared spaces (kitchen, living room)

  • Running errands (returns, groceries, dry cleaning)

  • Organizing closets, drawers, or shelves

    *And this is just the start. Task options will grow as we learn from our community, and as a founding Tender, you’ll help shape Kinly into what busy households and women like you truly need.

Price Transparency Note:
 Hosts pay a small monthly membership to access Kinly Tenders and then pay you per task, usually $20–$35 per hour depending on the work.
